Special Journey

Joppie Fourie has embarked on a courageous journey by walking 10 million steps for cancer in honour of his daughter, Marlene who passed away in 2009 from an aggressive form of bone cancer. Joppie is walking 5100 km, visiting organisations in 43 towns and hopes to raise funds for many of the organisations he visits over a period of one year. We received a visit from Joppie and we were humbled by his dedication and committment to making a difference. We wish him luck and will be by his side in spirit.
